We hope you will be pleased with everything bought from us but if you would like to return your Products, you can exercise your legal right to cancel under clause.
You must inform us of your intention to cancel the Contract between you and us within 14 days of delivery of your Products. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire the goods. Please inform us in writing or by email help@tilesdecor.co.uk
We can only accept returns on your full, unopened order of Products. We cannot accept returns on part orders or unwanted packs.
Please take care when opening packaging that the Products were delivered in and carefully re-pack any Products into their original packaging prior to returning the Products to us. We can only refund undamaged product in a re-saleable condition in their original, unopened packaging.
We will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the cost of original delivery. Please note you will be responsible for the cost of returning Products to us. We can arrange collection from your address if necessary and deduct the direct cost to us from your refund.
Refunds will only be processed once the Products have arrived into our warehouse and have been inspected and deemed to be suitable for resale. We aim to process all reimbursements within 7 working days of receiving the Products into our warehouse. The refund will be made via the original payment method.
It is your responsibility to ensure the Products are securely wrapped to the pallet they were delivered on and ready for collection on the agreed date.
